We keep our costs low because we use the absolute best web authoring software on the market, which allows us to do our work more efficiently than almost any of our competitors. That also allows us to provide a faster turnaround time for you than anyone else offering comparable custom built sites. Once we have a common understanding of your needs and expectations, we can deliver your custom site in three to five business days.

Our Standard Site Includes (as your wishes indicate):

• Home page (required)
• Contact Us page (required)
• Standard Privacy Policy page (required)
• Site map page for visitors
• Google site map
• Navigation menus placed in any or up to 3 of 4 possible positions (top, left, right, bottom)
• Your own copyright on all pages
• Breadcrumb trail
• Links page
• Your existing logo added where you specify on all or some pages
• Sign up page for your e-mail newsletter (and/or) insertion of sign up form in all pages (except site maps)
• "Thank you for subscribing" landing page for new subscribers, complete with instructions for receiving your newsletter
• "Thanks for buying" landing page for customers
• First two content pages (might be article page, product page, etc.)

That's up to 10 human-viewable pages (Google site map is viewable by robots only)! Our price for this package is only $230.

If you provide us with a one year link from your home page, we can throw in a $30 discount!

Bonus 1:  If you need, we can install your new site on your web host's server, assuming your host supports ftp (almost all do) at no extra cost to you, as long as it is done within the first thirty days of your purchase.

Bonus 2:  During the first thirty days after your purchase (or at the time of your initial purchase), we will create additional pages for you at only $20 per page, discounted to $15 per page in a package of 10 or more additional pages submitted at the same time.  Additional discounts may be available for higher volume requests (requests made at the same time only).

How to Order Our Site Design Services:

• Follow this link to see demo sites (that do not look at all like your actual website will!)and fill out a preliminary form.
• We'll look over your form and return instructions regarding what else we need from you in terms of content, clarifications, etc.  This may include a phone call or two, as well.
• We'll send you an invoice for 50% of the cost (e.g., $115).  The remainder will be due upon delivery of the completed, approved web site.

How to Manage Your New Site:

There are two alternative approaches you can take if you decide to update, edit and/or expand your new site.  (By the way, consistent expansion is highly recommended in most instances for a variety of reasons.)

First, you can outsource your tasks.  This is remarkably inexpensive in the internet world, where freelancers abound.  You can find plenty at elance.com or guru.com, for example.  I explain those freelance sites elsewhere.  We might be able to do the work, but you should be able to save money by going directly to elance or guru.

Second, you can buy your own copy of the software and update your site very easily yourself.  Indeed, if you purchase your XSitePro2 software from this link and have used our web design services, we'll provide you with the instructions for performing the most common things you will be doing to change or add to your site.  Here's that link to XSitePro2.  You'll find a great explanation of the software.  (Additionally, as I write this, they are having a limited time sale, which means that you can have a professionally built website and superb software for less than most small businesses pay for only a site!)
